Help with timezone lookup, website Premium, and sign-in. Website and app Premium are separate purchases.

How do I find the local time in a city?

Type a city name, choose a suggestion, and press Lookup. The app shows the current local time and timezone for the matched city.

Why are city suggestions limited?

Suggestion limits keep lookup fast and fair for all users. Free mode has a lower cap. Premium raises that cap.

What does premium unlock?

Premium removes ads and increases the maximum suggestion limit.

Does Premium transfer between the website and the iPhone or iPad app?

No. They are two separate products and do not transfer in either direction:

• Website Premium — Bought here at timezonemeet.app (Stripe checkout). It works when you use TimeZoneMeet in a web browser. Sign-in with your purchase email restores it on other browsers or computers.
• App Premium — Bought in the TimeZoneMeet app from the App Store (Apple In-App Purchase). It applies only inside the app. Use Restore Purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices.

Website Premium does not unlock the native app. App Premium does not unlock the website.

How do I restore website Premium on another browser or computer?

Open Sign in, enter the same email you used for website checkout, then use the one-time link we send by email. That restores website Premium in the browser only—it does not apply inside the iOS app.

I did not receive my sign-in email. What should I do?

Check Spam/Junk and Promotions, then search for TimeZoneMeet sign-in link. If needed, request a new link because each one expires in 20 minutes.

How accurate are timezone results?

TimeZoneMeet uses city coordinates and timezone lookup logic to map cities to timezone identifiers. If a city has multiple variants, choose the closest suggestion by country.
